The hotel had a great location near public transport. I found many restaurants in close proximity. Free coffee and treats in the lobby were a lovely touch. The staff helped me ship my luggage to my next location. This service made my travel much easier.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem to function properly. It only produced heat. This made the room stuffy, even with the window slightly open.

I found the location to be convenient. It was a short walk to the station. nearby restaurants offered diverse dining options, which i really appreciated. the complimentary coffee and donuts each day added a touch of hospitality to my stay.
the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, and i couldn't adjust the temperature in my room.

the hotel is very close to the akasaka mitsuke metro station. there is convenient access to both the ginza and marunouchi lines. many restaurants and shops are nearby.. this makes exploring and dining quite easy.

The hotel's location near the subway station was a huge advantage (it made getting around so easy!). Free coffee and complimentary donuts after 8 PM were lovely. The staff cleaned the room and changed towels every day .

The hotel location was fantastic, close to many restaurants. It was also just a short walk to the subway station. I used the luggage delivery service, and it was affordable and simple. The room was clean and spacious.
The room got uncomfortably hot. The central heating was on, and the windows barely opened. The air conditioning was also off.

the hotel has a great location near many restaurants and cafes i liked the free coffee and donuts in the lobby the subway was nearby it made traveling very easy
the bathroom felt small there was no fan inside either the bedroom was also quite small since the bathroom sat next to one bed i found the room rate a bit high for the room size
