warm welcomesuper clean roomexcellent housekeepinglovely flowers
pedro and his team welcomed me warmly. the breakfast offered a very good experience. i especially appreciated how super clean my room was, and housekeeping was always readily available each morning. the staff ensured a good surprise for my wife's birthday, presenting her with loved flowers and prosecco.
the corridors in the hotel seemed slightly dated, although this did not detract SIGNIFICANTLY from the overall experience.

the hotel provided ample space for relaxation, both inside and outside. nearby bus stops offered easy access to explore the beautiful surroundings. i found the availability of convenient transportation options especially VALUABLE.

i had a standard double room and it was super clean. the bed was massive, a real plus for stretching out after a long day exploring. the breakfast selection was excellent too! the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
the wifi was a little patchy in my room, but it wasn't a huge issue.

the room included fresh towels daily and toiletries were replenished. it had a tv with freeview channels. the room was well kept and very comfortable.

the location was good. (very central!).
i was really disappointed by the evening meals. the portions were small and the taste wasn't great. i think the chef should really look at the recipes or consider changing them.

The breakfast was fine, with a decent choice. Nothing to complain about there.
the room was far from ideal, the bathroom was tiny. i had to sit sideways on the toilet because my legs wouldn't fit! there were also clear signs of a water leak on the ceilings. definitely not what i expected for the price i paid.
