Fantastic Stay in a Great Location

I had a wonderful time . The hotel provided a courtyard, it was lively. Breakfast offered a choice between eating inside or enjoying the courtyard ambiance! The hotel staff are kind and helpful, which enhanced my experience. The breakfast selection included traditional Italian pastries. I loved it.
The hotel room had no mosquito nets in the windows. It was slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast had many options, cheese, meats, juices, yogurts and also a variety of breads. I could choose from tea, coffee, pastries, fruit cocktail, coco pops, museli, and cornflakes. There was a wide tea selection, too.

The hotel offers luggage storage, which allowed me to come and go as needed. The rooms are nice and big. I loved the big bathrooms. Gluten-free options included biscuits, bars, and muffins. Early check-in was available. It was convenient.

practical stay near the heart of everything

the location was excellent. it made exploring the area very easy. i had a quadruple room overlooking the courtyard, i found it very clean. i appreciated the friendly, helpful staff.
The air conditioning seemed quite old. It wasn't working effectively, so i had to open the windows. this did compromise my privacy a bit since it was very warm.

the hotel is in a good location, close to many restaurants and shops. the placement made getting around to various places quite simple. i found it easy to walk to many sites, even san marco square.

The staff was able to speak multiple languages. Communication was never a problem. housekeeping kept everything very clean. Fresh towels were provided and the bed was remade. it created a relaxing environment. The staff's diligence was reassuring.

the location was excellent. it's walkable to main attractions, yet on a less crowded side of the grand canal. i found many good restaurants and bars nearby. the room was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. the bed was comfortable, and i appreciated the included wi-fi.
i noticed some noise from the street on saturday night.

the location is fine for exploring. reaching the hotel with luggage poses some challenges because cars cannot directly access the area. there are several bridges with stairs near the closest taxi drop-off point, requiring a 10-minute walk.
the air conditioning unit seemed very old, and it wasn't effective. i had to open the windows, losing some privacy, because the room was too hot. the shower lacks water pressure, and it also lacks a shower tray, causing water to spread everywhere in the bathroom.
