The location was convenient. it allowed easy access to main attractions. the room was clean. I liked that the staff was helpful with directions. i appreciated the proximity to st mark's square, it was just a short walk.
the hallways lacked air conditioning, it made walking to the room a little uncomfortable.

the location was fantastic and easily accessible to the s. zaccheria waterbus stop. reception was staffed 24/7, and they offered up recommendations for the area. the room was compact, but it was sufficient and tidy (a/c worked great).
we were requested to leave the room key with the hotel lobby. upon returning and asking for our key, the receptionist gave us incorrect keys. this made me uncertain about leaving the keys there again.

The hotel's location is a short walk from the main square. Shops and cafés are all nearby. The room had very good air conditioning and I liked the garden view. I found it added a nice touch.
