great location helpful option
the location was fantastic, just a short walk to main attractions. i really appreciated the option to leave my luggage after check out, that was so helpful!
the entrance was via a back entrance, a very small dark area. it needs a refurb!

great location solid breakfast nice staff daily cleaning
I found the location to be excellent. It was quite close to St Mark's Square. The breakfast was solid. The staff was nice . The room had air conditioning. I appreciated the daily cleaning service.

The staff answered all questions and were always available at the front desk. I did not encounter any problems with checking in or out. The reception staff was friendly and efficient, providing helpful information about local attractions.

charming stay near st marks
amazing location great addition roomy shower
i found the location amazing everything was within walking distance plus the restaurant nearby proved a great addition i appreciated the room's size it felt really spacious also the decor was indeed adorable the bathroom included a really roomy shower i did like that very much
the room had sufficient space it is true i noticed some noise at night also there wasn't a lot of different food options when it came to the breakfast i think it could be improved

the reception staff offered friendly help they facilitated information concerning transport around the area i particularly appreciated the positive attitude displayed each morning during breakfast service really stood out

my room displayed traditional design elements i saw lovely shutters along with church views i also enjoyed comfortable beds inside my room the decor included gold and red designs plus fabric-covered walls added to the place aesthetics

mixed feelings about the location but issues with the room
loose cables few options
the location was good because it was walking distance to many attractions.
The room was disappointing. It looked old. i found loose cables near the radiator in the bathroom. breakfast offered very few options and did not accommodate my dietary needs.

amazing location large lift spacious room dirty room outdated room loose cable
The location is amazing, right between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. A relatively large lift was available. The room was spacious. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic!
The room was dirty and outdated. Electrical sockets were flimsy and moved each time I unplugged my electronics. I found loose cables around the radiator in the bathroom.

dim lighting bathroom bulbs
the location WAS good. the Breakfast had limited continental options BUT it was acceptable.
i FOUND the lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom quite dim. it would have been useful if the bulbs in the bathroom were replaced. the lady at reception BARELY acknowledged my presence upon check-in.
