charming stay in a superb location

I found the hotel to be very quaint and conveniently located near many attractions, restaurants, and pubs. the staff was superb. They were always attentive and willing to assist with any request i had. the breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from (the scrambled eggs were especially good!).
The ac in my room did not seem to work optimally. Even on the highest setting, the room never quite cooled down to my liking.

The breakfast service included a wide array of choices, from traditional english breakfast items to pastries and fresh fruit. the food and service were excellent. The staff were always very friendly and happy to assist. i particularly enjoyed the fish and chips from the tavern menu.

the room featured top english interior design that gave an authentic tavern feel. the bed was quite comfortable, and the room included all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the room was nice and came equipped with air conditioning.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the port and shopping areas (it only took me a few minutes). multiple dining options are available in the immediate area. the cruise terminal was accessible by an $8 taxi ride.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any queries or requests i had. they let me store my luggage in their locker room after checkout, since my ship embarkation was later in the day. which i greatly appreciate.

The staff offered a nice greeting at check in and helped with bags to the room. the bed was comfy and the room included good amenities. i liked the cooked breakfast. It was lovely.
the weekend noise affected my sleep, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

I encountered a couple of issues. First, the noise level was quite bothersome. I could clearly hear music late into the night. Second, the room service was slow. I had to wait a very long time for my order to arrive and this caused inconvenience. I am very disappointed about the disruption.
