The hotel is opposite the train station and bus stops, it's very easy to get around the island. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, from reception to the restaurant. I appreciated the room overlooking the sea and the hovercraft arriving, i found it very entertaining.
The room had a connecting door to another room and i heard noise and conversations through it.

The spacious room was cool and it featured a very clean bathroom with an easy-to-use shower and many amenities. Tea and coffee making facilities, alongside biscuits, were available, it allowed for a very relaxing experience within the room.

Breakfast offered good options, and the service was friendly throughout the restaurant. The hotel's restaurant provided a decent, unpretentious menu and i dined there once. Breakfast included options that are enjoyable and tasty.

i appreciated the convenient access to public transport and the nearby port. breakfast and dinner were both great with good, hot choices. my room was a big size and the bathroom was modern i also found tea coffee and water supplies along with a kettle in the room. some basic toiletries were available too
i found the bed in my room quite uncomfortable. the mattress felt worn and slanted, a replacement would greatly improve the experience. the receptionist also did not ask how my stay was upon my departure which was like a missed opportunity for feedback

The family room was a great size and included a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. Bottles of still water plus shampoo and conditioner were available. Large Victorian windows provided an amazing sea view. Breakfast offered hot options from the menu and a buffet with pastries, cereals, toast, and fresh juices.
