friendly receptionist clean room wide choice easy walk
The receptionist was friendly and efficient. my room was spacious and very clean. breakfast included many choices and tasted good. the hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. I appreciated that it was so easy to walk everywhere.
the furniture felt a bit dated, especially in the bathroom, but it was all functional.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found the pastries and fresh fruit quite delicious. my room was a twin room. i appreciated that the hotel provided ample parking .

the staff were friendly and helpful . i especially appreciated the assistance with the loyalty program. nadine and wendy recommended a local chinese restaurant and arranged for them to keep the kitchen open.

The reception staff was indeed lovely. They were pleasant and always ready to assist. I found the hotel's proximity to the train station convenient. This made travelling around very easy.
The room looked a bit tired. It was very clean, but the decor could use updating. The room was a bit small. I also found it slightly cheaper than other places nearby, so I had an expectation.

The staff were friendly and helpful, giving useful information upon arrival. i found available parking right at the hotel, a real bonus. the location is central, near the shopping centre and train station. breakfast options were varied and satisfying. I enjoyed the selection.
