the queen room was clean. it included a kettle. the location was great near paddington station. the staff was helpful with directions.
The room size was smaller than expected. Luggage storage was a bit tight.

Excellent Location near Paddington
convenient location coffee place luggage storage shower amenity
the location near paddington station was convenient and safe. i found many coffee places nearby especially harrison's coffee was excellent. the front desk staff offered luggage storage which i appreciated. the shower had better shampoo conditioner and body wash than i expected
the lift only takes you to the second floor that is cumbersome

The location is very close to Paddington Station. It made transport simple. All staff members were nice and answered questions quickly. The room has a coffee maker. Air conditioning worked very well.
The lift went only to the second floor, and this meant carrying luggage up stairs.
