the room had a quiet street view.. i liked that the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. the bedding was clean and i appreciate that the room had good access to kings cross station. a staff member was always available to quickly help with any needs.

the shower leaked slightly onto the floor after use..

great location friendly staff free refreshment good shower

the location worked well. it was very close to st pancras station. staff members were friendly. the room had tea, coffee, bottled water, and shortbread, which i found quite cute. the shower was better than expected too.

the rooms are a little noisy since you can sometimes hear music playing next door.

My Quadruple Room was surprisingly quiet, even though I know the area is busy. The room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated that service. The front desk staff were helpful as well!

Superb Location, Great Value!

I was so happy the underground station was a quick five-minute walk away (it really saved time!). The staff was friendly and offered quick assistance. My room had tea, coffee, bottled water, and shortbread. The shower worked great.

The walls seemed a little thin, so i could hear some noise from other guests.

the location proved quite convenient, about 7 minutes walk to the station. the room service option, managed through an external provider, worked efficiently. i also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room.

the stairs felt quite narrow, a bit challenging with luggage.
