My room was not quite as expected. The mattress had some noticeable stains. one of the two bins in the room had not been emptied upon my arrival. The teabags weren't replenished, a little disappointing. The room could use a more thorough cleaning, especially around the bed. A general hoovering would help.

The staff were very helpful. I was able to walk to many shops and food options because of the location. The bed had nice sheets and it was firm and of good quality.
My room was on the ground floor. There was a lot of noise. Light from the hallway came into the room through the door. This was disruptive. The bathroom was very small with cracked tiles.

I found the staff relaxed and helpful. A real bonus. the room had a light, bright feel to it, which i liked. the location proved great for my visit, a real plus.
The ceiling showed signs of a past leak with a crude patch job. A proper fix would prevent future issues.

the room included coffee and tea making facilities, very convenient. i also found the provision of towels and a hairdryer very useful for my short stay! the location provides very good value.

the reception staff allowed us to leave our bags. this was great, as we arrived an hour early. they also let us leave our bags after we checked out, as our train wasn't until later. it was very helpful.

i found the location very convenient. it was only a 5 minute walk to oxford street and marble arch tube station. it's also a short walk to tesco, waitrose, and sainsbury's! i found everything close by.

The location worked well, and i liked that it was a five minute walk to oxford street. beds were comfy. I found the kitchen had all the supplies needed to purchase food and cook.

mixed experience with room issues
noisy fanbusy road
the room i got was quite disappointing. it was hot, and the thermostat didn't seem to work. a fan was provided, but it was noisy was great. also, the window faced a busy road, so opening it let in a lot of noise.
