The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood and close to gloucester road underground. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was a nice touch. the breakfast included items such as fresh orange juice, toast, and pastries. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing Stay, Will Book Again!

I loved how close the underground station was to the hotel. The staff was super friendly, which I totally appreciated. The room opened with a code, I found it very secure and high-tech. Syncing my phone to the smart TV worked so well, what a great feature! Extra coffee and teabags are free on the ground floor, I grabbed some every day.
I was barely able to move my luggage.

The hotel's proximity to the underground station was really convenient. The staff were very friendly upon arrival. I could easily stream content to the smart TV in my room. Extra coffee and tea were available on the ground floor, which I found very useful.
The room tended to get a bit warm. Cooling it down was somewhat difficult!

The reception staff was helpful and cute. Check-in was quick using codes instead of keys, something I liked. Staff promptly addressed my inquiries, showing a commitment to guest satisfaction, and they were very friendly too.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful. i liked the use of codes instead of keys for access, it felt very secure. the walk to gloucester road tube was short. i also appreciated the variety of eateries nearby.
the shower was poor. i also noticed the bedside lamp was not working. there was no non-dairy spread offered at breakfast. it was a bit of a trek to see the sights from here.
