coffee bar common areas
i found the staff to be very accommodating. the rooms and common areas are well kept. each floor has a coffee and tea bar open 24/7
cleaners hovered and banged around outside the door pretty early on saturday morning. i found this strange, as checkout wasn't until 11am

The self check in did not work properly I had to check in with the staff who charged me again even though I paid online I had to get a refund later for the double charge The room is smaller then it looks online

Awesome stay
superb location clean room scented shampoo
This location is superb for visitors. It is near Shoreditch and Convent Garden, plus, there are great brunch spots close by. The breakfast displayed well and it was delicious. My room had a cozy vibe and everything was clean. I appreciated the scented shampoo and excellent hotel amenities.
I stayed one night, I am a couple. The room I booked lacked space and a table. it did not have a window. The hotel is lovely though.

amazing breakfast great location early noise sound proofing
the location was really great , just off the main road and super close to the station! the breakfast selection in the shady courtyard was amazing , it had so many choices and everything looked so fresh and beautifully arranged.
the cleaners started making noise outside my door super early , around 8:30 am on a saturday , i was really surprised! the rooms weren't soundproof , and i felt rushed to leave because of the constant chatter , which was not fun at all.

clean room great staff tasty cocktails
The reception area looked great. The staff was attentive. I liked the cocktail option instead of daily housekeeping. It worked well for my short stay. The cocktails were tasty. The room layout was good. I also found the space very clean.
Breakfast cost too much. There wasnt any hot food available except boiled eggs. Those eggs were even gone already.
