The location was good, placing me close to various attractions.
I had issues. The single room I booked was quite small for the price. I also found the sound insulation poor, I could clearly hear noise from other rooms.

Excellent stay, friendly service and great location

Our family stayed for three nights. The owners were friendly. I found the breakfast form to be a fantastic idea (no waiting!). The breakfast itself was delicious, served promptly by a very polite lady, a real credit to the hotel.
The hotel floors did creak a bit, and I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. I felt some improvement in sound insulation would be beneficial. It bothered me during the evenings when i tried to rest.

The hotel offered convenient parking facilities and smooth check-in. We completed a breakfast form, then handed it in at the restaurant each morning, it worked very well. The hotel bar was reasonable and served a decent pint.

The room was clean, well presented, and perfectly adequate for our needs. The size was good, offering enough space for a family. It provided everything needed for a comfortable stay (we had a peaceful sleep!).

the staff was very friendly and accommodating! the location is great as it's near key attractions, i could easily walk to the winter gardens and the tower. my room was clean, warm, and the bed was comfy. i found tea and coffee facilities convenient, and a hanging rail was helpful.
the shower had low pressure, a slight inconvenience.
