The staff greeted me warmly, i felt very welcome. the location could not have been better. the parking was convenient. My car was safely tucked behind the building! it made everything easier.

The location was ideal it was close to the South Pier tram stop. The area was also quiet. The staff welcomed me warmly especially Rocky. He was very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom ceiling had a missing panel it needed some attention.
