The staff greeted me warmly, i felt very welcome. the location could not have been better. the parking was convenient. My car was safely tucked behind the building! it made everything easier.
the tv remote needed new batteries, but it was a minor thing.

The staff was friendly. It was easy to take my pram up to the room because of the lift. The room was clean. I found the location great.

Cute Staff, Convenient Location
quiet area warm welcome friendly staff
The location was ideal it was close to the South Pier tram stop. The area was also quiet. The staff welcomed me warmly especially Rocky. He was very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom ceiling had a missing panel it needed some attention.

The location provided easy access to the south pier. A great cafe nearby offered convenient dining options. The tram stop was very accessible from this accommodation (making travel simple).
