The hotel location is excellent near the centre. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind to me. They allowed early check-in for a small additional fee.. I was even upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. I had a very enjoyable stay.
I found the pipe work a bit noisy early in the morning. This. I think soundproofing could improve this.

I found the gentleman managing the place friendly. He was cute and polite i was shown directly to my room with assistance for my luggage. The room i booked was clean and tidy and contained all necessary amenities like mini soaps, a kettle, and a hairdryer.
The mailbox for keys at departure seemed a bit basic.

The staff offered immediate help with luggage and check-in making the process smooth. Any requests were handled swiftly ensuring i felt supported. This prompt attention added a personal touch to my stay.

Coral Island is close making it easy to access. Blackpool Tower and the seafront are also within close proximity. This excellent location significantly enhanced my experience .

The room included a tv kettle hairdryer and coat hangers, useful for any traveller. Security measures like locked main doors at night assured safety. It felt secure and well-prepared adding peace of mind.

the description of what facilities are at the hotel was not fully correct. there was no food option i could see bar or cafe etc.
