The bed was comfy! The room was a decent size. The staff are lovely. They were really efficient. I also met some lovely people !!!

the staff was very friendly whatever was needed we had got it
upon arrival i observed that the room was not up to standard the electric heater looked unsafe with burn marks i did not see any pat testing the toilet made a very loud noise each time it flushed i found this disruptive during the night and would wake others the shower had no hot water it was cold and not clean with hairs in the shower tray

The young man at check-in gave a nice greeting and excellent service, it was super. the location worked well and the room size was amazing with tea and coffee available, fantastic! i found the bed clean and comfy. The tv and wi-fi worked perfectly, a huge plus.

The shower temperature was either cold or scolding hot. it was difficult to close the shower door. It dripped water all night. the kettle had a stinky smell, likely from black mould, and i am not happy about it.
