fantastic stay
high standard comfortable room helpful staff excellent location
the rooms have been done to a high standard. i found the beautiful king room very comfortable. the staff accommodated any requests that i had. the location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the area.

the restaurant provided pre-ordered lobster, i found it very tasty. each dish was beautifully presented. the restaurant attached to the hotel ensured easy access to meals and drinks.

the staff was helpful. the location is very central. i found the pub downstairs very convenient. breakfast was also delicious and set us up well for the day.
the street noise was very loud late into the night. it was difficult to sleep because of the noise. the noise level affected my overall experience.

a perfect getaway
tasteful decoration furnished balcony amazing selection great food
The rooms are fine, so tastefully decorated! i had booked room 9, and it included its own furnished balcony, bathed in sunlight throughout my stay. the food was beautiful and offered great value. I especially enjoyed watching the open kitchen while i waited for my meal. the bar had an amazing selection of drinks, too!
There was a bit of street noise at night, but it quieted down eventually. I am a light sleeper.

The hotel provides complimentary toiletries that include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I found this very helpful. also, the room features a modern television with satellite channels, a detail i thoroughly appreciated after a long day of exploring.

faulty window loud noise
the window in the room DIDN'T shut properly. it was SO loud! i didn't get to sleep till 3am because of the noise outside. that was not ok. i was expecting better.

high standard friendly staff great location tricky parking noisy room karaoke noise
the room seemed refurbished to a high standard. it had all facilities needed in the room. the location was great. the staff were friendly.
parking was really tricky. it was not possible to park close by. the garden room was too noisy because i was listening to customers. karaoke went on until 2 am.

central location helpful staff loud music outside noise
the location was very central (easy to reach everything). the staff was very friendly and helpful.
there was loud music from downstairs until 1am (it was hard to sleep). noise from outside was also disruptive.
