broken tv low shower pressure
the breakfasts were really delicious! the location was also quite convenient.
the tv in my room didn't work, annoying. the shower pressure was also very low. it made showering a slow process! i expected better for the price.

Decent, but some issues
small room rushed breakfast
The room size was smaller than I expected. The provided toiletries were minimal. Only small soap bars. Breakfast service felt a bit rushed. It would have been nice to have more time to enjoy the meal, but staff seemed eager to clear tables quickly. The noise from the street at night also disrupted my sleep a bit.

friendly hosts spacious room
sam and julie, the hosts, were friendly. the rooms had phone charging points and a mini fridge. this was very useful. the room felt spacious and it was clean.
the tv remote needed new batteries.

a good retreat
quality room excellent breakfast cute host high-end feel
the room had tea coffee and chocolate available for me i could top these up as needed the full english breakfast included local produce i found it very tasty sam and julie are excellent hosts. i had a welcome drink on arrival it.
i struggled slightly with the shower temperature it took a little while to adjust it.

the breakfast included meats sourced from the local butcher the sausage tasted delicious the bacon presented itself as thick as gammon i found the full english breakfast amazing.

the room featured a refreshment station i could help myself to supplies for the room that included toilet paper shampoo tea and coffee i was provided a key to get in the front door with no curfew.

sam displayed a genial manner i found breakfast times enjoyable julie prepared superb breakfasts several people i met were repeat customers they seemed to come back for more which inspired me.

the location presented itself as a quiet residential street the beach required less than five minutes walk also the main tourist areas were close i considered this position to be ideal.

Acceptable but Overrated
The breakfast was good with plenty of options.
I found the room rather small and not as modern as I expected. The bathroom felt cramped and lacked proper ventilation. A persistent musty odor was noticeable throughout my stay.

A adequate stay
large selection hot chocolate small sink low pressure
the location was good. it was a short walk to the beach. breakfast had a large selection. the room had tea, coffee and hot chocolate available.
our room was near the stairs. i heard people walking past early in the morning. the sink in the room was small. the shower pressure was low.

clean room seafront location arrival cookies
i found the room very clean. it had all i needed including tea, coffee and chocolate. there were cookies in my room when i arrived. the location is close to seafront and town, good.
extra supplies were available, but i didnt need them.
