The room was very bright. the bathroom looked brand new. wardrobe space was plentiful. I found it great.
the lift does get busy though it is quick.

charming stay with fantastic views
clean room quiet room excellent breakfast
the room provided included tea and coffee. it was very clean and quiet. the breakfast each morning proved excellent. i enjoyed a supermarket across the road for easily getting supplies.
i found the hotel to be quite old-fashioned.

the hotel features a two-person lift that operates quickly and silently. it tends to get busy during peak times. this lift provides convenient access to higher floors, especially with luggage.

meal times are managed professionally at 08:00 and 18:00. the food was excellent with a selection of starters, main courses, and puddings. vegetarian and vegan options are also available, giving everyone tasty choices.

North beach car park is within a five minute walk from the hotel. this offers convenient parking at a reasonable price of £5.40 for 24 hours. the hotel's location is wonderful. It is right on the road above the beach.

inconsistent shower temperature heated towel rail
the room was clean and the location was acceptable
the heated towel rail was on constantly i reported it three times but nothing happened the shower temperature was also inconsistent it went from too hot to cold without warning this made showering difficult and unpleasant

the room was bright with a nice shower and tea and coffee facilities. check-in was fast with no issues.
the heated towel rail in the bathroom came on twice a day and was too hot.
