Great Stay with Excellent Service

The room was very clean, and the bed offered good comfort. Breakfast featured a generous selection with excellent vegetarian sausages. I found parking convenient, and it made access easy. The garden across the road was a bonus. I found it lovely.
The white wine selection at the bar was limited to Jack Rabbit.

faulty heating significant draft
the staff was very friendly and approachable.
The heating system malfunctioned. It switched off during the night. i had to find someone to reset it at 12:30 am, only for it to fail again the next morning. the window also let in a significant draft.

immaculate stay
immaculate hotel helpful staff excellent breakfast handy parking
the whole hotel was immaculate and my room also. all staff i spoke to were helpful. this included reception, dining room bar staff and room prep team. the gardener was helpful and polite too. the breakfast was excellent with great choice and specials. the hotel's car park was handy.

storage space friendly staff
The room had plenty of storage (perfect for longer stays). The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist with any requests.
The white wine served in the bar was not to my personal taste.
