central location friendly staff good menu
The location was very central. I stored luggage without problems. Staff members are friendly and helpful too. The bar and restaurant had a good choice on its menu, what I appreciated.
The room felt a little too basic.

The hotel offerred luggage storage. The bar provides a relaxed space. Parking was available nearby in a multistorey carpark, what makes logistics much simpler.

weak pressure loud noise
The room looked a bit tired I think. the shower pressure WAS weak. the noise from outside at night made it hard to sleep. Loud drunk people were a problem.

central location good size friendly staff tea facilities
the location was great! it was right in the centre. the room was a good size. the staff were really friendly! i especially appreciated the little extras like the bottled water and tea. i also liked the tea making facilities.
the windows could have used some better soundproofing, i noticed a bit of noise at night.

the room was super clean! it was also quite spacious! there were tea and coffee facilities available, which i found very useful. they added some complimentary biscuits, a nice touch after a day exploring.

the staff offered a really warm welcome and were very helpful throughout my stay! the check-in process was quick! also, the team members gave good recommendations for local places. i appreciated the attentiveness.
