fantastic stay!
friendly staff proactive attitude amazing drinks
The staff was lovely. irene, a waitress in the restaurant, really stood out. she were very good too ensure our meal was perfect, despite our tight schedule. Willow, the bartender, impressed me with her memory of our favorite cocktails. she. Tamita, the breakfast manager, was also a delight. she remembered us each morning and always had a friendly greeting. other bar staff, sergio and andre, were polite, too!
the air conditioner kept shutting off. it didn't cool the room to the set temperature before turning off, so i just opened the window. that meant i had to listen to street noise at 2am. i would have preferred consistent cooling throughout the night.

A bar is located in the lobby, serving various drinks. there is also an in-house restaurant called mossco. i noticed a 24-hour reception desk. This ensured assistance was always available, no matter the time.

Mossco restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices. I found that the staff were attentive. breakfast features a buffet with a classic english breakfast. i especially enjoyed the varied options and fresh ingredients available.

a few issues, but acceptable stay
festive bar irish breakfast low pressure small room
the bar area was festive. it allowed guests to get different drinks before their day. i thought the irish breakfast each morning was great. the room rate included it.
the room was small. it was hard to move around. water pressure in the shower was very low. i could not wash my hair well.

food options quiet air conditioning
The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food options. it was really well presented. I found lots of seating available too. i had a superior double room. The air conditioning was very quiet and efficient, it was really appreciated. staff were helpful and friendly.
the complimentary water station wasn't working throughout my stay. it would have been useful to have it available.
