The location was good. It was only a short walk to the nearest tube station.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found coffee stains inside the mugs, and one glass had lip marks around its rim. I also noticed quite a lot of black fluff in the bedding (I'm not sure what caused it).

the main staff member were lovely and welcomed us. the food was fresh. the venue ambience felt amazing. the artwork and layout created a relaxed experience.
the room did feel tired. scuff marks were visible due to the dark paint. cleanliness could improve. the blind was partially broken, hindering complete closure.
