The room had everything i needed. It was clean and quiet. the value for the money paid was significant.
The bed wasn't the best. the furniture and carpet showed wear, which didn't feel luxurious.

the breakfast had vegetarian options. the staff offered a downstairs room as an option since i mentioned my friend has replacement knees. we decided to keep the room on the second floor (i actually enjoyed the climb!). my wife left some items, but the management posted everything to us.

the location provides a short walk to the city centre. there is also a lovely park opposite the premises. it is approximately 10 minutes walking distance into the city. overall, the convenience is noteworthy.

The location was good with parking available. It was only a short walk to the city centre.
The shower room was REALLY inadequate. I am not a big guy, yet I could hardly move in it. the smell of Indian food was quite strong. (It hit me as soon as I walked in!)

The included parking was a definite advantage.
The shower was quite small. This made it difficult to move around. I also found the bed to be uncomfortably soft. The breakfast timings were restrictive because it ended at 9am.
