central location and comfy stay
modern common roomcomfortable bedequipped bathroomsatisfactory breakfast
the common room provided everything needed it had a kitchen couches and tables it felt modern and well thought through. the bed in the pod was comfortable and included a self alarm. the bathroom was well equipped and offered bath options i found breakfast satisfactory with enough choices.
the hotel provides limited toiletries i had to request additional items from the reception upon check in which was slightly inconvenient.

the shared kitchen had a coffee machine a microwave and cooking utensils it was useful for preparing simple meals. vending machines offered drinks and snacks at reasonable prices this added convenience to the stay. laundry facilities were available on each floor with washing machines and dryers.

the beds felt very comfortable, i especially enjoyed the projector for watching a movie after exploring during the day. the showers worked great, and there was plenty of space in the shared facilities. i found the staff very nice and helpful!

The beds are super comfy. I enjoyed the projector a lot for a movie after a long day. the room had good blackout curtains. the smart control panel for the lights and bed adjustments was useful.

The location proved perfect. It was very strategic with direct trains to osaka umeda, metro access, and shopping nearby. the famed market is a short walk away, reachable in under five minutes. i appreciated the central position.

i'm grateful for the central location, it made exploring easy. i appreciated the free beer during happy hour it allowed socializing. a fresh towel at the lobby was always available and a convenience.
the controller for the bed light was difficult. i had to hide it on the floor. this was necessary to sleep.

the location is central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the showers have great water pressure and temperature. the pod bed was comfy and i used the projector for a late night movie.
i found the breakfast selection quite limited.

The common space was well kept and great for socializing during beer hour. I found the bed to be the comfiest during my trip. I also made use of the wake-up features. The location is about 15 minutes by bus from the station and it is close to many shops restaurants and bars
I wish individual spaces had locks to keep your things safe when you are out

The check-in staff seemed untrained. They chatted among themselves. i used japanese, then english, and they still struggled to understand me. i felt singled out when asked repeatedly if i was staying there even after four nights.
