the location had multiple convenience stores nearby. the room was very clean and it met all my expectations. the staff were all very kind, i found.

the walls were thin i could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. the room was very small there was little space to move around with luggage.

the location exceeded my expectations as it was right next to the station. the staff was good, and the spa on the 11th floor was excellent. the hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. i stayed an extra week because of that.
the room was really quite small, barely enough room to maneuver my suitcase under the bed. i couldn't change the air conditioning from heating to cooling as that's a centrally controlled setting throughout the whole hotel. i had to open the window to cool the room down, which let in road noise.

The hotel location was close to the main station. The staff were very helpful.. The spa on the 11th floor included indoor and outdoor hot tubs plus a sauna.
The room was too hot because of the centrally controlled system.

The staff was indeed helpful from my arrival until my departure. I especially liked that the hotel stored my luggage both before check-in and after I checked out. The location proved very convenient, with the main station being a short walk away. The 7-Eleven next door was also quite useful.
I found that the centralized air conditioning made it difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking.

The room had amenities that included clean towels, a yukata, paper cups, and tea. I also had coffee, sugar, cotton pads, and Q-tips included in my daily amenity package, it was convenient.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to several bus connections to the main attractions. Being close to the central station was also a benefit. Mostly flat streets made it easy to manage with luggage.

A 7-Eleven right next door was convenient for snacks, drinks, and other necessities. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but I saw options close by. It was great.

I found the staff helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. They helped with shipping. I had prescription sunglasses shipped to the hotel, it was reassuring.
