i found the staff friendly and helpful. they gave quick assistance, for example, for temporary luggage.

I appreciated the option to select my room during check-in, a unique feature. The location is great, near shops, restaurants, and with easy access to buses. Baggage storage was convenient, especially for managing arrival and departure times, i found it practical.
The storage space for luggage could fill up quickly, so early arrival is helpful.

The staff provided helpful responses to questions i asked at the reception desk. They assisted with directions and information about nearby attractions, and were always available. Self-service check-in and check-out were also available.

Underwhelming Stay with Disappointing Features

This hotel certainly missed the mark on several fronts. The hard bed and uncomfortable pillows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Street noise was a constant issue because the soundproofing was inadequate. the staff didn't seem particularly enthusiastic.

the hotel boasts a breakfast with hot drinks like coffee and tea , i really appreciated this. fresh towels were provided daily , and so were new pajamas and slippers. the hotel offers luggage storage underneath the beds , a very convenient feature.
the hotel did not offer luggage delivery. i also felt the lighting in the room was quite dim. the duvet was small and it slipped off easily , i found this annoying.

The room was a really nice size. It worked well for my few nights there. i also found lots of information on tours and local restaurants in the lobby. the free coffee and iced coffee were definitely welcome. i also liked having what seemed like a private entrance to the 7-eleven downstairs. It was very convenient.
the room was dark! there was a window, but it faced a wall, so it didn't let in much natural light. the lighting in the room wasn't great, worse. i'd have preferred a brighter space.

the lobby offers complimentary coffee and tea. there are two bus stops directly outside the hotel which was really useful. a 7-eleven store located on the street level is convenient.
the bed mattress wasnt thick enough so the room was not super comfortable.
