amazing find, clean, convenient, and comfy!
great location helpful staff
The location is fantastic, especially with the 7-eleven right across the street.. plus, the station is super close. i loved the free drinks machines near reception. It was great to grab a soda or matcha. the staff gave excellent sightseeing tips. i'd definitely stay here again!
i booked a superior twin room, but it lacked basic amenities. there were no glasses for water, plates, or cutlery provided. this meant i had to go to the lobby to use the shared microwave and eat.

the rooms are very comfy and tidy. i noticed the rooms were big enough for two people, considering japan standards, which i definitely appreciated. the design promotes a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

inattentive staff noisy hallways
the location was acceptable, close to local train stations and bus stops.
The staff was inattentive compared to other accommodations i stayed at, a big disappointment. spaces were not clean enough. the room was fine, however very noisy both through the windows and into the hallways. Not a relaxing environment.

central location quiet atmosphere nice common room washing machines
The location was fantastic! It was a short walk from the main train line and just three minutes to the subway. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The common room was nice, and I found two washing machines available for use.
There was a very slight musty smell in my room and bathroom. It was barely noticeable though.

The hotel provided complimentary drinks in the lounge area. There was also a microwave for guest use. I saw coin laundry facilities available for all guests, a great help for longer stays.

I found many restaurants located close to the building, very handy. A convenience store was also directly across the street from the hotel, a plus. The river, offering walking and cycling paths, was nearby.

The location is convenient near the train station. It made travel easy. The staff provided really good service and quick answers to messages. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinks in the lobby.
The room had limited space for luggage I had to put it on the table. The rooms are a little on the smaller side.
