great location friendly staff food discount faulty light ceiling cobwebs night noise
The location is great I found a boat cruise leaves directly outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful of two nights. I got a discount on food and drinks from sister river front bars next door too.
The light in the shower was faulty I noticed. I saw cobwebs on the ceiling too. It was very loud at night, I could hear everything.

The staff were very helpful. I received some discounts on nearby pubs. They stored my bags during the day while I explored. The room included all the essentials I needed.
The music at night was loud. It did not stop until 3am. The bathroom had a bad smell. The bed was also not great. I did not sleep well.

helpful manager comfortable bed lovely view
the manager was helpful she explained the hotel details to us. the room was clean the bed was comfortable. the river location was great with lovely views.
i found the noise from the bar below disruptive it went on until late at night. this made it difficult to sleep properly the vibration was noticeable. i think better sound insulation would improve the experience.

food discount helpful staff noise levels no elevator
I liked the discount I received on food and drinks. This discount applied both at the hotel and at nearby waterfront establishments. The staff allowed me to store my bags after I checked out. This was helpful as I explored more of the area.
The hotel lacked an elevator to access rooms. My room was several floors up, accessed by stairs at the back of the building. I found the noise levels disruptive from the pub below. It was open late, and music was audible in my room, so I needed earplugs.
