i had a very spacious room! everything was lovely and clean. the staff were helpful and friendly, which i really appreciated. plus, there's on-site parking available for £10 per day, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city centre. i'm already planning my next visit!

The extractor fan in the toilet was VERY loud. It started up automatically with the light and was quite disruptive. i think it needs some attention to improve the experience.

the room included a kettle with ample tea and coffee, so i could make drinks whenever i wanted. wi-fi access was good, allowing me to stay connected. the tv worked perfectly, though i didn't use it much.

The location is ideal, with an easy walk to the city, railway station, and even york parkrun, if you are interested in that. there is a sainsbury's local nearby. A wetherspoons provides cheap breakfast options. it is VERY convenient!!!

the location was convenient to the city centre.

The room was not very clean. I noticed hairs in the bathroom. also, i found the noise levels to be quite high due to thin walls and street noise. these issues detracted from my overall experience.

The staff were very cute and friendly. It was a bonus that I can park my car really early for only £10. There was tea and coffee was plentiful and the bed was very comfy.

Upon my arrival, I was told to keep the door downstairs locked for the safety of them and their guests. Each time I went in and out it was unlocked. The back door also does not lock, so there's 24/7 access through the beer garden. The window in my room 'seemed' to have a gap and there was a big draft.

The staff was warm and friendly to me. The accommodation was separate with a separate entrance. This was good outside pub hours.

I had trouble because there were no small shampoo bottles. There was also nothing provided hygiene wise. I wish I knew this in advance so I could pack everything I needed.
