the location was acceptable, offering reasonable access to nearby restaurants.
The tv in the room was inoperable. furthermore, the bathroom light remained on constantly, a maintenance issue i found quite bothersome. it's an oversight i expected to be addressed before my arrival, but it was not.

the location worked wonderfully for me, providing simple access to transportation, i particularly appreciated its proximity to the tube station, it really simplified my travel plans, the room was indeed spacious, and the bed offered great comfort, i found the bathroom to be nicely clean.
The stairs upon arrival were surprisingly steep. I hadn't anticipated that physical challenge!

The room was spacious. The bed featured super fresh linen. Quality fresh towels were provided, as were toiletries. Blackout curtains kept the room dark, and a tea tray offered great options. The shower room had a powerful shower. I appreciated the corner 'hot tub' bath.

Two bakeries are close for breakfast. Pophams and Quince Bakery are both within easy reach. They offer great choices. The bar downstairs is pleasant, and the food is reasonably priced.

The room was clean and well decorated. It included a big tv. I found the jacuzzi bath and shower a HUGE plus. The entry system worked well, with a code and automatic lock.

This guesthouse is in a quiet area. It is a short walk to the high street and the Angel tube station. I felt safe as a solo traveler in this location, both at the guesthouse and in the area.

The room lacked shampoo or soap. I ended up using watered-down hand soap. The bedding felt cheap. Getting a restful sleep was difficult because of these factors.

The room size was larger than expected, based on the photos. The location proved ideal, in a quiet area with convenient taxi access nearby.. The codes for both the front door and the room door worked reliably. The restaurant offered excellent coffees and breakfast.
The soundproofing was not great as I could clearly hear sounds from other rooms.
