sharp grout edgesaverage lasagne
The breakfast service felt incomplete. A self-service area with coffee, tea, and fruit would have been nice, but everything required asking. my lasagne was pretty average. I've had better. also, some sharp grout edges in the bathroom posed a minor hazard.

the bed was too hard, causing discomfort and back ache. the starter included a dried slice of bread, and the butter was solid. i found the chips overcooked and the fried chicken dry.

mixed experience

overcooked crumpetssharp edges
the breakfast disappointed me.. the crumpets felt overcooked, hard to chew, and possibly microwaved. the coffee tasted bland, certainly not what i expect these days. i found sharp edges where the grout met the tiles in the bathroom, which seemed like a careless oversight.
