the bed was comfortable , and the room included all necessary amenities. i would consider staying here again. the location is convenient , providing easy access to various places.
the bath shower seemed a little dated and could use some updates.

the team members were very cute and provided perfect service , attending to every need promptly. emily at reception arranged an early check-in , which was much appreciated. she also worked diligently to book a last-minute taxi given the rainy weather.

breakfast featured an excellent variety , each dish cooked to order with friendly waitress service. the lounge and bar areas were decorated in a modern style. evening meals were well-priced and perfectly cooked.

the room had a good choice of tv channels. i found plenty of towels, dressing gowns, and slippers available. the breakfast included quality ingredients. proper bacon was served and tasted great.
one morning ,i found dirty, damp towels hung up again after i had placed them in the bath to be changed.

The hotel provided ample free parking, a great convenience. My room had a smart tv and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very cute and even offered complimentary toiletries (i LOVE freebies!).
I found the breakfast setup a bit too formal. A more casual buffet style would have been PREFERABLE.

the staff were really friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very good, with a good selection to choose from. the location was decent and it was a easy walk to the city center.
the mattress in my room felt a little to hard for my liking. the spa bath didn't work properly and i struggled with the plug. there were no earl grey tea available which was a shame.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. they always greeted me with a smile.. i really appreciated how immaculate the room was. there was a cosy dressing gown available in the cupboard, and i loved the bathtub. food was excellent, including a great breakfast.
we put all the towels in the bath on one morning, as the guidance said they would be changed. i found the dirty towels had just been hung up again, so i had a dirty, damp towel. i complained, and the person on duty sounded completely disingenuous.. i also fell down quite a deep step between the room's corridor and the bed area. we hadn't been warned about the step.
