varied choiceslarge roomproactive staff
the breakfast had so many choices. the large room had a nice view, and it was near my son's room (just as i asked!). i found many refreshments. the staff acted proactively and helpfully. the lovely white towels added a touch of luxury.
The bathroom really needed a revamp. I saw loose tiles and chipping paint.

The room I occupied was clean and its bed good.
The toilet roll holder was away from the wall and I saw it needed fixing. This oversight detracted from the room's overall presentation. It seemed like a minor maintenance issue was neglected.

the room was immaculate it was also very large and well equipped including an iron. the bed was comfortable the bathroom had plenty of plush towels. plenty of parking was available at the hotel.
the online check in did not work at all for me.

I found the free parking convenient. The hotel features a nice bar area. I enjoyed a quiet drink there. The staff was very helpful and always available. Breakfast offered a good selection of food options.

The hotel is situated a little outside the town center. Taxis are readily available. I noticed bus stops nearby, providing convenient access to various locations. The grounds were beautiful. Though the parking was free.

The Sunday carvery featured generous meat portions and many vegetable choices. I found the garden room to be a perfect setting for lunch. The restaurant staff was attentive.
