the staff was helpful. i especially appreciated the straightforward check-in. parking was available for my motorcycle.
the room's floor was uneven. i noticed dog hairs on my feet and clothes (which wasn't ideal). the bathroom pumps had no soap or shampoo.

the marvel themed family room offered a unique experience. the hot full-english breakfast included a good variety of cereals and yogurts. staff members are very accommodating and willing to assist in order to create a good weekend . the games room adjacent to the bar was great for children.
i found the parking arrangements inconvenient. i had to leave my car keys with reception. this arrangement worried me because of potential liability.

the staff was client focused. the spa treatment was relaxing, so i will book again. being dog friendly, i did not notice any dogs (i live with neighbors who have annoying yapping dogs).
the check-in was lengthy. i had to complete it online although a receptionist was at the desk.
