adequate stay near the docks
convenient location friendly staff access information overhead light
the location was convenient it was near the ferry terminal. i found a bar with friendly staff close to the cruise terminal too.
i didn't receive access information before arrival i had no internet at that time. the overhead lights were not working either

terrible pressure uncomfortable bed
The shower had terrible water pressure. It barely trickled out! The room felt quite stuffy. Even with the window open, there wasn't much airflow. The bed was also quite uncomfortable with springs poking through. I ended up with a restless night.

The room was very clean. The en-suite bathroom had all necessary amenities. The indian restaurant next door served excellent food! the car park opposite was convenient. I was thankful for the fan provided in the room during a hot stay.
The front door was ajar sometimes, it made me feel insecure, and the road noise bothered me a little.

The room featured comfortable carpeting and a private bathroom. The room included a wardrobe for storage and also several utensils for meals, a useful addition. The room was spacious too.

The hotel has a car park located opposite the building. The access to the hotel was easy, and communication about check-in worked well. A quick call sorted out the original room code.

a reasonable place for a quick stay
great location comfortable bed helpful staff small bathroom difficult stairs street noise
the location was great i could walk to many restaurants the cruise terminals were also close by. the room was clean i found the bed comfortable. the staff were very helpful it was great stuff.
the bathroom was quite small i think someone with mobility issues would struggle. the stairs were also difficult i had a hard time moving my luggage. the noise from the street was noticeable early in the morning.
