central location breakfast option courtyard bar
the location is very central. the breakfast was great (especially the varied options). the courtyard bar was lovely in the evenings. i could easily walk to the train station.
the temperature controls did not seem to lower the room temperature much.

mixed feelings about my stay
cramped room street noise
the room i got, a standard double or twin room, felt really cramped. there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably. also, the noise level from the street below was awful. i could hear everything going on until late at night and , made it difficult to sleep. the walls felt super thin too and i kept hearing sounds from other rooms.

central and convenient
central location helpful staff
the location was central. everything was within walking distance. breakfast had many options, including gluten-free choices. the staff at reception were always available and really helpful. i had a wonderful stay.
the room was very small. there was little space to store luggage. i wished the room had more storage.

non-functional thermostat small double room
The location was great, just a short walk from the railway station.
The room was too cold. The thermostat did not work. The beds were too close together in the double room (the room size was an issue).

Acceptable, but Room for Improvement
poor soundproofing small room
The lack of proper soundproofing was an issue. I could hear noise from the street and adjacent rooms. the room was quite small. There was barely enough space to move around freely or store luggage comfortably. A larger room and better sound insulation would improve future stays. I also found the lighting in the bathroom to be poor. It was difficult to see well for shaving or applying makeup. The hotel should address these issues. This situation was really inconvenient!
