Guests consistently praise the excellent food at The Thatch Inn, especially the freshly made scones served upon arrival, the varied dinner menu, and the breakfast with its wide selection of cooked options. The rooms are often described as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the provision of tea, coffee, and biscuits considered a pleasant touch; some rooms even offer views of a lovely Oak Tree. The new check-in system, it just wasn't working. Staff seemed like they couldn't care less. Only the young lad behind the bar didn't act like I ruined their day.
