I enjoyed easy parking in Copenhagen Street car park. It is a short walk to the hotel. Staff are cute and service is very good. The room was beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with a bath and robe. The hairdryer was also good.

i was greeted with prosecco upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. the room featured a hairdryer, an iron, toiletries, and complimentary water. breakfast offered many choices and tasted delicious. every staff member was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble.

the room included everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
there was no hot water for a shower in the morning i did mention this to reception. the person at the desk only said 'sorry about that'. i thought for the price of the room, i'd get some money back.

the food tasted superb. waiters was really friendly and helpful. location was great, i didnt have to walk far for anything.
The room was quite stuffy, the air conditioning unit was missing. the bathroom mirror light wouldn't turn off. It gave me a bad night's sleep.
