I found the location very convenient. It's a short walk to both the train and bus stations! I also appreciated having a fridge and microwave in my room. The wine glasses were a nice touch as well.
The single-glazed windows let in quite a bit of street noise from the nearby bus depot. This made sleeping difficult at times.
