I appreciated the central location. It made getting around very easy. the room had necessary amenities like a microwave and fridge which was useful. staff were approachable and provided quick help when needed.
the soundproofing wasn't great and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms at night.

i found no milk for tea or coffee. i had to go and buy my own, a small inconvenience.

Mari was a very helpful member of staff. I greatly appreciated the late checkout I was offered. It was a kind offer given that there was an issue with the television service because of heavy rain. The room was presented in excellent condition with a good bathroom.
One of the throws on the bed had a large stain on it.

The room had a kettle, fridge, and microwave available for my use. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided. Cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses were available as well. These additions enhanced my stay greatly.
