The location was convenient (a short walk to local attractions). The breakfast offered a full english option. The parking space availability was a definite advantage.
The shower dripped constantly. This bothered me. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. I found this unattractive. The bar had a limited selection of drinks.

the shower had an awkward height. hot water was unavailable one morning. the shower experience was frustrating because of that

the room was a good size. a much needed fan was provided. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. i had good choices at breakfast!!!

the hotel benefits from a convenient location. the center of town is within easy walking distance. a green promenade runs along the river great stour. this walk leads to westgate gardens.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It featured a wide selection of hot and cold items. I found the staff cute and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring. I really enjoyed it. Parking on-site offered peace of mind. I knew my car was secure.
