The breakfast was very good, indeed. the sea view was lovely. I saw the sunrise at 7 in early october. this east coast location is very atmospheric, and it is very handy for the historic castles, especially dover. i found the location amazing.
The room wasn't the cleanest. I noticed some long hair around the sink taps and in the bed.

the hotel's location was its best feature as it was close to the sea.
my room faced the back of the hotel so i did not have sea views. the noise from the nearby street was quite noticeable through the single-pane windows. breakfast was a letdown as it was in a dirty room with a grotty fish tank. the cereals and fruit juices were served in their original value containers.

i found the staff to be excellent and very helpful . the complimentary english breakfast was fantastic with many options. they stored my luggage after checkout allowing a hassle-free beach tour. the location was great.
the staircase was steep when i carried my luggage.

the location was good with many choices for breakfast.
I found the room quite neglected. the bathroom was worse, the hot water tap was broken, and they said they could not fix it. the window faced a kitchen patio. It was scary looking out due to the neglect.

the location was excellent it was right on the seafront. i saw a beautiful sunset from my bedroom window. the staff were cute and friendly.
i found long hairs on the carpet it seemed the room had not been hoovered well. the furniture was basic and dated it could use an update. cracks were visible on the walls.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices!!! The staff was so happy to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, and it had everything I needed including two bottles of water. The luggage storage was a huge perk, and I used it without any issues.
The shower was a bit problematic. It was hard to adjust the water temperature.

The cooked breakfast was very good and freshly cooked, and it was so hot. I noticed that the breakfast room had a nice vibe with very lovely staff. There were also lots of things to choose from.

The location was great because it was by the beach and the pier. I found the easy walk to transport super convenient. there was shopping and food nearby. The position of the hotel was really nice for walking around.
