the location is quite close to several coastal areas. the staff members were both friendly and helpful. the check-in and check-out procedures were very efficient. there was plenty of parking available at all times.
the hairdryer in my room was not working, even after i reported the issue twice.

the hotel's location was convenient. the staff was friendly and readily available. my room was clean and well-kept. the pub offered a good selection of drinks.
The kettle in the room had not been checked or cleaned properly. I found some flaky residue inside, and it switched on randomly during the night.

The location was very convenient. I could easily access nearby shops. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was AMAZING!!! Everything was clean and very well kept, and I really appreciated that.
The key card failed to work late one night. I had to find someone in the bar to reactivate it.
