good locationhelpful amenitiessafe feeling
I enjoyed the safety features at this place and it. A key gives access to both the showers and the capsules. I saw lockers that stored luggage well, though I did pack lightly.
The capsule was very noisy and I could hear everything around me.

The location was great and close to everything I needed. A 7-eleven across the street was very convenient.
I had some issues with the language barrier as the staff struggled to communicate in English, it made addressing concerns quite difficult. Cleanliness in common areas was lacking. the locker was too small and my luggage didn't fit so I had to leave it at reception.

The location is very close to Akihabara station so transport was convenient. Staff replaced bedsheets and pyjamas daily and , made the room neat. It was good to have fresh towels every day too
Lockers were not big enough for a larger suitcase so I had to keep it at reception

The location felt safe and secure. The showers were clean! and had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face scrub, and hair dryers available. The beds featured comfy chargers and a light dimming option, very useful.
I found no tap water available. Buying bottled water was necessary for drinking. This caused some inconvenience !

I saw no on-site dining but there were many restaurants and convenience stores near the location! offering various options for meals and snacks to all guests.

Clean towels and pajamas were provided every day. It was a nice touch! Amenities included skin and hair care products, alongside lockers for storage during the whole stay.
