The location blew me away because it was super close to the city center. the hotel sat on a quieter side street so I had a decent night's sleep! The hotel was very clean, a wonderful breakfast was available and the super nice team!

i found apples available on every floor. snacks were available in the main lobby. the train theme created a fun, quirky atmosphere throughout the building.
the room did not have shampoo only body wash. this. i wish there were separate products available.

i found the staff very kind and cute. the overall level of service was really good. the decorations had clear intention behind their placement and selection. everything was clean and tastefully arranged to create a cohesive aesthetic.
the room was small and it had a light on the wall that was broken i had to request someone to fix it

The staff were very helpful.
The room felt cramped. The mattress was NOT firm. It made sleeping difficult. the tap water in the bathroom went scalding hot and WOULD NOT go cold. It was a huge inconvenience.

the staff was friendly (this was a definite plus).
the room i had was quite small. the bed was also smaller than i expected, and the mattress did not offer the support i needed for a comfortable sleep. the curtains failed to block out the morning light, so i woke up earlier than i wanted to.

The decor mirrored the orient express. I thought that was tender. the wood paneling in the double room resembled luxury sleeper cars. It reminded me of i travelled in time. i also stored my luggage here before check-in. the staff was friendly!
the mini fridge was not very cool. i asked to check it but nothing was done.

the staff were polite and the train theme was quirky it was a fun room for my stay
the mini fridge was not very cool i asked them to look at it but nothing was done to fix it the tap water in the bathroom sink went scalding hot and would not go cold they supplied an electric kettle and two coffee cups but no coffee
