The check-in process was smooth and fast. I got to the city early. the breakfast selection was diverse, with great-tasting food and fresh ingredients. the location was directly opposite the main train station. i liked that it was easy to reach nearby shops and restaurants from the hotel.
the immediate area around the hotel felt slightly run down! though that is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is situated directly across from the main train station, a significant advantage. Check-in was quick. I even received complimentary ice cream, a very welcome touch. The breakfast offered varied options catering to many tastes. The room included both a ceiling fan and a rotary fan, both worked great.
The street outside could get noisy. Traffic and pedestrian noise was audible from my room. It impacted the overall quietness of my stay.

Handy Stay Close to the Station

This place is handy cause its right across from the main train station. Check in happened quick, and I got free ice cream. The room had a ceiling fan that was helpful because there was no air conditioning. Breakfast offered variety for all tastes.
My room did get noisy, as trains and people noise came from the street below. A worker even used a blower early, disturbing my sleep.

The staff helped suggest places to visit near by, so my experience was better. They also booked a taxi for me the next morning, and the taxi came on time. Breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive.

The room was large, I'm sure it was over 20 square meters. I used one part as a dressing room, so I had plenty space. Beds are made and rooms are cleaned every day, very nice.

The location is near the main station. a 15 minute walk got me to Marienplatz. The hotel offers water stations for refills, and I saw these in the lounge. You can even buy train tickets from reception.

The location was unbeatable and so close to everything! i found the staff very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i appreciated the luggage storage service, which allowed me to explore without my bags. i thought the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. It had many options.
i noticed the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working .

the front desk staff were PLEASANT the location was great a short walk to the train station
the hotel felt very dated it was also quite NOISY the mattress wasn't very comfortable either i had trouble sleeping each night i stayed there the noise from outside and the old mattress made it difficult to relax properly i was hoping for a more restful experience
