surprisingly good value!
great value efficient staff
i found great value for the price. the staff was genuinely helpful and very efficient. self-check-in worked seamlessly upon my arrival, which i appreciated after a long journey. it.
the parking situation was a bit tricky. i had difficulty finding available parking spaces both at the hotel and in the surrounding area. this issue caused some initial inconvenience upon arrival.

the reception staff displayed a commendable level of professionalism and provided timely assistance with check-in. staff members were available during late hours and early mornings, specifically for check-in and check-out procedures, which i found convenient.

Great budget stay
friendly staff kind gesture
The staff was very friendly. The hot chocolate was a kind gesture at check-in. The dinner staff was patient while I decided what to eat. They delivered good service.

The location is good. It is easy to find. The train station is nearby and about 700m away. It is not very far from the city.

efficient stay
efficient kiosk spacious room beneficial amenity
I found the self-check-in kiosks efficient. It reduced wait times. my family room was clean and quite spacious which i found most excellent. the laundry room was available, a bit inconvenient perhaps, but it was still a beneficial amenity for my travel needs.
i did notice the absence of air conditioning in the room, and it did become quite warm.

The family room included a private bathroom. It contained a separate toilet area and a shower area, a feature i found useful. the room was also equipped with multiple power sockets, which allowed easy charging of devices. bedside lamps offered sufficient lighting.

the hotel provides a lounge area with charging stations, which i noticed was quite helpful. i found the breakfast dining area to be in a separate building, ensuring enough room for everyone. a bar with a pool table provides recreation.

The hotel is near tram stops, bus stops, and the train station. This enables convenient travel. i saw many shops and a supermarket a short walk away! the aldi and lidl supermarkets are convenient.
