i was so pleased with the prime location close to the train station and within walking distance of main attractions. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was a very good start to my days of exploring. housekeeping was excellent, and having coffee available in the room was a big plus!
i found no body soap in the shower, a minor inconvenience.

The location was amazing being right across from the main train station. i found the staff very helpful. They gave me clear directions and suggestions. the room had effective black out blinds and a comfortable bed for restful sleep! the included breakfast was good quality indeed.
The air conditioning didn't work. It only blew hot air, i had to open the windows which brought in light and noise. this created a new problem when trying to sleep, not good at all.

the breakfast area included a variety of options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. coffee and tea were readily available, alongside juices, to complement the meal. the space was clean and generally well-kept.

the room was very hot, and i had to open the windows to cool it down. unfortunately, , made it even noisier with traffic outside. i could not sleep well because of the heat and noise.

i liked that the flooring was wood. it wasn't carpeted. the bed was just right. i found the pillows were comfortable, with one soft and one firmer. the hotel's proximity to the train station and shops was convenient.
i noticed only one set of towels in the bathroom . i asked for an additional set twice over two days, but i didn't receive it.
